Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Process
- Contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your invoice number.
- Our team will verify the return eligibility.
- Bring the product to our store with original box, accessories, and invoice.
- Product will be inspected by our technician.
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by customer misuse, water damage, or physical impact
- Products with tampered IMEI or warranty seals
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Software issues that can be resolved with update/reset
5. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange within 7 days for manufacturing defects. The replacement is subject to stock availability. If the exact model is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
